The job:
This is not an easy job. Expect to be camping the whole deployment which is typically 14 to 21 days. There may or may not be showers and laundry available. We will be in remote locations across western United States in places you have never heard of. Our job is to rescue and assist Wildland Firefighters when medical care is warranted. This includes doing rope rescue in active Fire environments. We are vehicle based and team is equipped with a UTV as well as 4x4 chase vehicle. Ask questions before you apply.
Training not quite there? Missing a class or two? Reach out. We are hosting rope classes, RT-130, and pack tests. We can tell you where to find other training.
